All door orders are assembled individually. The components of our
doors are selected for each order, evaluating color and grain
uniformity. Our door components are not randomly pulled out of
inventory.
All veneers used for each door come from the same flitch. Which
allows for very similar-looking doors.
All veneered panel doors are made with a high quality grade of flat
cut veneer giving a very even toned finished product.
The solid panels of our raised panel doors are made using 2-3/4" wide
sections of lumber. This gives a very even, clean look similar to a good
quality veneer. It also lessens the chance of warpage.
All solid wood panel doors have a relief cut into the back of the
door panel to also help minimize warpage.
All of the door joints have very tight seams because we use high
quality precision equipment. All mitered doors are finger-jointed and
doweled.
Our excellent quality control ensures very close tolerance and color
matching. Our standard quality doors is as good as may of our
competitors "select" quality doors.
